We're on the hunt for a dynamic Parks and Gardens Project Coordinator to bring their creativity and organisational flair to our team!Key responsibilities of the position include:Work with Councils internal teams to determine the open space facility needs of our communityAssist with the development of budget forecasts for landscape projects and open space facilitiesCoordinate the process of replacing and upgrading facilities across all phases of delivery including but not limited to, initial concept, community consultation, design, procurement, construction and final completionWork closely with sporting clubs, community members and other key stakeholders throughout all phases of each projectThe successful applicant will have:Qualifications for the positionCurrent drivers licence is essentialCertificate IV in project management or equivalent experience is essentialCertificate IV in horticulture or above is desirableQualification in landscape design or architecture is desirableExperienceExperience in project coordination / management of landscape construction is essentialExperience in supervision of contractors or staff is essentialThis is a Level 5 position which has a current salary range of $103,808 - $108,496 (plus Super).To apply, simply complete the application process by clicking the 'Apply' button and attach your cover letter and resume.Applications close on 27 January 2025.The City of PAE values diversity and inclusion and we encourage Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples, women, people living with disability, young people, LGBTIQ+ people and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to apply.We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive workplace.
