Job DescriptionThe detailsYou'll be assigned an area, which you'll patrol on foot or sometimes by car helping residents and the local community keep movingYou'll issue parking infringement notices on behalf of the client.
You'll record and maintain records of enforcement mattersYou'll provide good customer service, helping the residents and the local community to understand the parking environment and any relevant road rules Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll bring:An ability to connect with people, even in difficult situations.
You might have experience in customer service or even refereeing your local sports team, it doesn't matter where you've gained your skills, it's your ability to be both diplomatic and confident enough to take the heat out of challenging situations that might come up that we're looking for.The desire to do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

We need our Officers to make sound enforcement decisions, assessing safety and risk and to interpret parking regulationsTenacity and resilience.
When it's raining and cold and you've had a few difficult interactions, you'll need to dig deep and have the commitment to dust off and carry on knowing that you provide an important service to the local communityTime management and organisational skills.
Enabling you to patrol your designated area efficientlyAbility to write accurate and clear reports.
Necessary to be used as evidence of enforcementHours.
Flexible availability to work across our required span of hours on a 6-day rotating roster, Monday to Saturday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, including public holidays.
There may be times you are required to work evenings Friday - Sunday.
