By joining our team, you become part of an organisation that is focused on our people, and our customers and continues to push the parking boundaries with industry-leading innovation.We are currently hiring a Parking Enforcement Officer for our site in Canberra.Permanent full-time - 5 days a week (including alternative weekend shifts), shifts 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm.Casual - the standard hours will usually be 3 pm - 8 pm, 3 days per week, with the ability to pick up additional shifts when available.The primary objective of this role is to act as a Parking Enforcement Officer of your designated precinct.
You will join a small team and be supported by great management.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as a parking enforcement officer of your designated car parks.Promote and maintain a consistent focus on the delivery of outstanding customer service for the public.Ability to resolve basic hardware faults.Some understanding around WHS (desirable).ABOUT YOU:Demonstrated customer service experience.Availability to work Monday-Friday.Full working rights and Drivers Licence.Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions.Exceptional conflict resolution skills.Ability to troubleshoot machines when required (training will be provided).Willingness to complete a National Police History check.If you are interested in these opportunities, click on apply and submit your resume today!At Wilson Parking, we are building a workforce that is representative of the community we protect.
