Parkerville Children and Youth Care is looking for a dynamic Donor Engagement and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Lead to elevate our fundraising efforts and make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children and youth. In this exciting role, you'll lead the development and execution of strategic individual giving programs, including direct marketing appeals, regular giving, and donor acquisition campaigns, while ensuring our CRM system is optimised to deliver exceptional donor experiences.
As the champion of donor engagement, you'll drive sustainable revenue growth by building meaningful relationships with our supporters, fostering loyalty, and enhancing lifetime donor value. By leveraging the full potential of our CRM, you'll streamline processes, maintain data integrity, and support data-driven decision-making that amplifies the success of our fundraising programs.

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis , based at our Head Office in Burswood .
Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by creating and managing innovative individual giving programs, including direct marketing appeals and acquisition campaigns. Harness the power of the CRM to enhance fundraising activities, deliver exceptional donor experiences, and ensure top-notch data integrity. Leverage donor data and insights to uncover trends and make data-driven recommendations that boost engagement and fundraising success. Create impactful donor journeys with personalised stewardship strategies to increase engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty. Streamline fundraising processes and develop efficient workflows, ensuring consistency and effective team training for CRM management. Foster strong relationships with donors, supporters, vendors, and internal teams to support and grow donor engagement initiatives. Collaborate with external partners to enhance fundraising efforts, expand the donor base, and increase overall impact. Ensure compliance with all fundraising regulations, privacy laws, and ethical standards, safeguarding the integrity of all activities. Stay ahead of trends in fundraising and recommend cutting-edge strategies to continuously elevate donor engagement and performance. Support the fundraising team by participating in events, projects, and enhancing the overall fundraising strategy. Align fundraising goals with Parkerville's mission to create a unified, impactful approach across departments. Essential Skills and Experience: Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, communications, arts, or related fields. Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to Child Safe Standards. Experience managing individual giving programs, direct marketing, donor retention, and acquisition in the community services sector. Proficient in managing CRM systems (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Clarety, etc.), focusing on data quality, donor experience, and fundraising support. Strong analytical skills to interpret donor data, identify trends, and improve engagement and performance. Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, external vendors, and donors. Detail-oriented with the ability to refine and optimise fundraising processes and workflows. Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Strategic and creative problem solver, developing innovative donor engagement strategies. Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and CRM tools for reporting and analysis. Team player, collaborating with fundraising, marketing, IT, and other departments to meet goals.
