Position Title: Executive Manager Finance and Assets
Location: Parkerville Children and Youth Care, Head Office in Burswood

Position Purpose: The Executive Manager Finance and Assets oversees a broad portfolio of corporate functions including finance and investments, fleet, property, and technology. This role provides high-level financial advice, management, and strategy to the Boards of Parkerville CYC, CEO, Executive, and managers to ensure decision-making about income, expenditure, and investment aligns with Parkerville CYC's strategic priorities and meets corporate governance requirements. The role also ensures that Parkerville CYC's infrastructure supports the delivery of organizational strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing team. Provide strategic financial advice to the Boards of Parkerville CYC, CEO, Deputy CEOs, and Executive. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and investment strategies. Manage property lease negotiations and ensure optimal use of Parkerville CYC properties. Oversee the management and maintenance of Parkerville CYC facilities and vehicle fleet. Set the strategic direction for Parkerville CYC's digital environment and ensure fit-for-purpose digital solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Selection Criteria: CPA/CA or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Demonstrated strategic leadership ability at a senior executive level. High-level conceptual and analytical skills for strategic planning and financial management. Experience delivering information to Boards, CEOs, and Executive teams. Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work constructively with diverse cultural and social backgrounds. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid WA Driver's License. AICD graduate (preferred). Experience in Children Services, Disability Sector, Aged Care Sector, and/or Not-for-Profit environment. Experience in business support functions to enhance operational effectiveness. Mandatory Requirements: Working With Children's Check Card or willingness to apply for one. Department of Communities 395 Check (for roles with direct contact with children). National Police Clearance. Proof of Working Rights. Two references from a previous Manager/Employer.
