It is a one-and-a-half-hour drive from both Bundaberg and Gladstone, and a five-and-a-half-hour drive from Brisbane. Commencing in late October 2024, this is a contract management position. Together, you will have strong leadership and a customer-centric and hands-on approach. We welcome a couple with fresh eyes, energy and enthusiasm. A willingness to learn and drive a guest-focused park will be key to your success. There is no Managers residence available on site at this property.This is an exciting and rewarding offering and is a lifestyle choice for the right couple. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will operate a profitable and sustainable business. A small and very manageable park, with a range of accommodation options from Beach houses, to Villas, to Beachfront Studios and Safari tents!Management teams must either possess or be prepared to trade as a Proprietary Limited Company (PTY LTD) and have their own ABN. In addition, management teams will need to demonstrate financial capacity to purchase plant and equipment (if you do not already have this).
