About the role As Park Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for: Recruitment, management, and development of a team compromising of Front Office, Cafe, Housekeeping and Maintenance Leading and driving delivery of memorable customer service, and managing our member and guest reservations at the property Leading a safety-first culture across the property, ensuring the team are following policies and procedures including occupational health and safety practices Financial management, operating the budget ensuring procurement, cost controls, and driving revenue is managed correctly. Management and maintenance of assets within the property Liaising with local stakeholders including council, industry bodies and community groups There will be after hours and call out duties associated with this role About the location Located directly across from the beach on Esperance Bay, RAC Esperance Holiday Park allows you to experience the beauty of WA's Great Southern Edge, walk to Esperance town centre, or head further out to discover the white sands and clear waters of West Beach, Blue Haven Beach, Twilight Bay and Cape Le Grand National Park which are all within an easy drive. About you Experience in a similar role including demonstrated management experience Strong computer skills including MS Office, Newbook (or similar reservations system), financial software, rostering software and sharepoint Strong understanding of caravan park grounds and maintenance requirements. Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting on caravan park operations, and the ability to maintain a safe working environment Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Current Drivers Licence Availability to work after hours as per the on-call roster Desired certifications (or the ability to obtain) Pool Operators Certification Provide First Aid Certificate Please Note: ?We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as RAC reserves the right to close this vacancy without notice.
