Paris Paving, a trusted leader in the paving industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth execution of paving projects, from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of project management principles, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of paving projects.Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials required for each project, ensuring all resources are allocated efficiently.Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Track project progress against timelines and budgets, promptly addressing any deviations or challenges.Conduct regular site visits to inspect work, ensuring compliance with company standards, client expectations, and safety regulations.Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Identify and resolve any project-related issues, liaising with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.Ensure all projects adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, fostering a culture of safety on all work sites.Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma in relevant fieldProven experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction or paving industry.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with project management tools and software.Knowledge of paving techniques and materials is an asset.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.What We Offer:
