Paralegal/Pa

Great Southern Distilling Company – Albany WA Senior Paralegal with PA and administration experience required for an in-house role with Owner, General Counsel/Director (CEO). This role is varied and diverse and you will have experience managing multiple tasks, coordinating competing calendars and working with a broad range of stakeholders. You will understand the core legal requirements of contract, HR, compliance, audit and governance, and be able to assist the team with these issues. You will be working directly with our managers and most senior people and the role will see you involved in a variety of interesting matters from day to day. The role encompasses both legal and non-legal administration and support for our CEO. The role reports directly to and works for the CEO. Based in Albany, and with leadership and reporting co-ordination requirements, you will be engaged in matters from in-house commercial and legal matters to external legal matters. Good interpersonal and written and oral communications skills are essential. You will be a highly motivated person with initiative and problem solving skills. You will have good research and administration skills, be highly computer literate and capable of working with a diverse team of people and stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
