Paralegal/Junior Solicitor - Hybrid

We are a leading boutique law firm specialising in motor vehicle debt recovery and are on the hunt for a talented Paralegal or Junior Lawyer with a passion for litigating and dispute resolution. We offer a hybrid work environment and no billable hours! If you are a Paralegal with litigation experience in debt recovery looking for an opportunity to run your own matters with supervision and work on exciting matters alongside a team of passionate lawyers and support staff this could be the role for you!Your new roleManaging a caseload of litigated files whilst working efficiently to deliver a high-quality output in a timely fashion.Drafting various legal court documents (Complaints, Statements of Claims and preparing other legal documentation/applications) where required.To provide assistance to colleagues across the firm to deliver outcomes required by the business and its clients.Negotiating commercial settlements with other parties to achieve best outcomes.What you'll need to succeedExperience managing and conducting own files (under supervision).Strong attention to detail.Knowledge of court processes and civil litigation rules in various jurisdictions.Litigation experience highly regarded.Knowledge of motor vehicle debt recovery/credit hire claims highly regarded.Target driven whilst maintaining excellent client care.Excellent written communication, verbal, and drafting skills.Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and client service standards.What we offerNo billable hours!Flexible hybrid work environment to foster your career development and work-life balance.Competitive salary package with incentives based on your experience.Rewards and Recognition programs.12 weeks paid parental leave.Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Discounted car hire for family and friends.Employee referral bonus.Supportive team environment.If you meet our criteria and think this is a job where you could bring enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn or would like to learn more, then we look forward to receiving your application.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Paralegal?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
