Paralegal / Junior Lawyer

Lawmee has an opportunity for a Paralegal or Junior Lawyer with corporate/commercial experience to join a highly-regarded boutique firm.
About the role:You will work alongside the team, gaining exposure to a diverse range of corporate/M&A, private equity, FIRB, and commercial matters.
This firm is a market leader and you will be working with and learning from a highly experienced and fast-paced team, with a positive work culture and extensive collaboration. This firm acts for a large and established client base of international and Australian private and publicly listed clients. 
 
Who we are looking for:The ideal candidate will be able to work both as part of a team and with some autonomy. Prior exposure to M&A, private equity and FIRB will be highly advantageous.  
We welcome discussions with paralegals and lawyers with overseas qualifications. This engagement will likely be part-time on a 2-3 month contract term, with the potential to extend. ?
