We primarily practice in succession law, family law, property law, commercial, conveyancing and litigation.
Our firm is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced paralegal, who is looking for longevity, to be a part of our growth.
Key Responsibilities Assisting practitioners in drafting and preparing correspondence and material including Court documents for applications, mediations and trials.End to end file management, including opening and closing files and billing.Liaise with clients, legal representatives and other third parties.Data entry and processing including PEXA workspaces, Queensland Revenue Office, Queensland Titles, Queensland Law Reporter, Commonwealth Courts and QCase.Qualifications Experience as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department is preferable.Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures and documentation.Excellent research, writing, typing and communication skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and various software.
Knowledge of LEAP is not essential but will be considered an advantage.Ability to work both independently and as part of our team.High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.We promote and prioritise maintaining a healthy and harmonious office environment, where mutual respect and collegiality are at the forefront of our culture.
