Well established law firm based at Moorooka.
Mixture of residential, business conveyancing + estate administration files.
Position available due to a retirement.
The Role Our client, a well established law firm based at Moorooka, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to run residential and business conveyancing sale and purchase files from start to finish.
Your duties will include: Dealing with clients and brokers, banks, agents.
Following up on outstanding conditions.
Online stamping and general file management duties.
You will also run estate administration files (full training in this area will be provided).
Your experience You will have a minimum of 3 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.
The Firm / Salary Our client is a well-established law firm on Brisbane's South side with 25 staff.
They are a friendly team with a positive culture and working environment.
The salary on offer for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 + Superannuation, dependent upon experience.
