Job DescriptionAs a Paralegal, you will perform a critical role in providing legal support as well as administrative support. This role enables the delivery of expert legal support and makes a valued contribution to our team of Lawyers, in addition to providing secretarial administrative tasks.
A typical day in the role will include:
Preparing legal correspondence and court documents;Client reporting;General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, etc;Liaising with clients;Preparing and editing correspondenceDiary managementPoint of contact for Legal correspondenceAnswering and directing callsPreparing briefs and court documentsWord processing Desired Skills and ExperienceTo be the right fit for our Company you will be values-driven, a team player, and flexible in your approach to the work you will undertake. You will ideally be currently completing or completed your undergraduate studies and must be available to work full-time. Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
