While experience in preparation of loan documents and settlements is preferred but not essential, a general understanding of lending and/or conveyancing procedures would be a great advantage.Your role will involve the following duties:Preparation of Loan DocumentsOnline searchesVerification of returned documentsCorresponding with Mortgage Managers, Brokers, Banks and other Legal firmsBooking settlements (PEXA and paper)Certifying files for fundingCalculating loan funds available for settlementAs the successful candidate, you will need:Excellent attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to develop and maintain good client relationships with a strong focus on client serviceGreat communication and organisation skillsIntermediate Computer SkillsThe ability to maintain a good sense of humour while dealing with high volume workloadsIf you feel this job opportunity suits you then please feel free to send through your resume to ******.
