The Role



As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, your duties will include diary management, inbox management, drafting court documents, correspondence to clients, briefs to counsel, billings. It is also assisting with the progression of matters, undertaking billable work and a range of non-billable tasks such as research. You will assist in commercial litigation and insolvency matters. This position is either 4 or 5 days a week.




Your experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Litigation Paralegal experience (Insolvency, debt recovery or commercial litigation background).

Well established boutique law firm of 10 staff in their CBD office. Specialise in Commercial Litigation Law. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $75,000 -80,000 + Super).
