Paralegal

We are a boutique firm based in Oxley seeking a law student or law graduate for a casual role. The hours that you will work each week will vary, depending on firm requirements and your availability. 
This is an ideal position for a person who lives locally, is flexible and is keen to get their 'foot in the door' and gain knowledge and experience working in a law firm. 
Duties would include the following:
Answering telephone calls/enquiries and calls outDrafting and typing simple/standard lettersEntering critical dates into an electronic databasePreparing draft billsPreparing court forms for solicitors to work off Process servingassisting clients with and lodging Legal aid applicationsInstructing BarristersLodging and filing documents in the cityPreparing lists of documentsCompleting file checklistsScanning documentsUploading documents to google drive, Comcourts etcSending emails and attachments to clients and third partiesAny other secretarial or administrative tasks as required from time to time.We are looking for a person with the following attributes:
