About the Role: As a full-time (38 hours per week) key member of our team, you will support our employment lawyers in all areas of employment law and HR, playing a critical role in the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities: Providing legal support in all areas of employment law and HR Managing diaries and scheduling for two busy employment lawyers Drafting legal documents and assisting in case preparation Using your exceptional Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, to manage reports and data Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining social media posts Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent communication Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining organized workflows What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a paralegal in employment law and HR Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle multiple priorities Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach A fun, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join Ignite HR & Employment Law?
