Paralegal (Fixed-Term)

As a Paralegal at CoinJar, you'll be working alongside the General Counsel to complete project-based tasks and assist on various legal matters. This includes reviewing and conducting due diligence on various cryptoassets, reviewing and approving marketing documents, doing legal research for day-to-day legal issues and uplifting our legal and compliance intake systems.
You'll learn a lot about running a lean legal operation for one of the longest-running cryptocurrency exchanges in Australia and providing support to our offices in the UK, US and Ireland.
You'll ideally be a penultimate or final year law student and have some legal work experience (whether paid or unpaid). You'll also have hands-on knowledge and experience with buying, selling and using cryptocurrencies.
This is a fixed term role (6 months) but may be extended if it works for you and CoinJar.
