Paralegal - Family Law

About the firm: We are exclusively working with a reputable boutique family law firm, based in Perth CBD, who are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join the team on a full time permanent basis, we are also open to school hours for the Mums out there!
About the role: As a Paralegal you will work alongside the Directors, a Lawyer, and a Legal Assistant supporting across a variety of family law related matters.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Liaising with clients regarding updates on matters Preparing and updating disclosure lists Drafting court documents and forms Court filing Preparing court briefs General administration assistance as required About you: Experience working in family law in a paralegal capacity is a must Experience with Filepro (highly regarded) Excellent communication skills, reliable & honest The successful candidate will join a small, cohesive, laid-back team who get along well, strictly no office politics!
As they are a busy bunch, the role would be best suited to a career paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
