An exciting opportunity awaits… Responsibilities: • Helping clients understand their options for development.
• Conducting Preliminary Planning Research.
• Formulating projects from concept and assessing whether a development type is permissible under current policies.
• Reviewing existing laws and policies in each Local Government Area and determining the direction of a project based on the applicable laws.
Job Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course in the Philippines.
• Bachelor of Laws graduate or student is optional but experience in legal writing or any related work is required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Positive and helpful attitude.
