Paralegal/Conveyancer

We are seeking a full-time Paralegal/Conveyancer to join our property law team in our Townsville Office.
The Role: Assisting our property partner and solicitors in providing conveyancing services for property development clients;Providing file management assistance to the partner and solicitors in our property department.The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Some degree of experience in managing residential conveyancing files;Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders;Time management skills and an attention to detail;Excellent organisational skills;Strong computer and PEXA skills;A strong work ethic, with an emphasis on being punctual and reliable;Willingness to work in a team environment.Connolly Suthers offers a competitive salary, state-of-the-art document processing systems, professional mentoring, and a friendly work environment.
