Job Description About the role

We have an exciting Paralegal opportunity available for a second or third year student to join our Legal Administration team on a casual basis, working a minimum of 3 days per week. You will provide high level administrative, research and transactional support to the Legal team including generating and reviewing contracts and coordinating the internal execution process for legal documentation. Since QIC has a wide range of investment capabilities, no two days will be the same, you will gain exposure to a variety of matters and projects.

Key responsibilities will include: Preparing, reviewing, amending and formatting non-disclosure agreements, consultancy agreements and various contracts (Legal Documents) as required.Coordinating the internal execution process for legal documentation.Responding to queries and compiling information to draft responses.Creating, supporting, maintaining and administering processes and systems.Providing research, transactional and administrative support to the Legal team.Document management, email management and filing.Promoting a positive team culture and offering support to the team as required.Managing and maintaining a filing system and archiving requirements. About You

It's understood that you will possess exceptional research skills and strong stakeholder management ability. We also expect you to identify issues swiftly and devise effective solutions. You likely meet the following criteria:

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail.Proven research skills and strong experience compiling and developing responses, reports and presentations.Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience maintaining confidentiality.A curious and adaptable attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop.Experience across Microsoft Office Suite.Currently studying a Bachelor of Laws.
