International tourism and transport company ASX200 listed with 12000+ employees globally Access to a range of Employee Benefits About the Role Kelsian Group Limited is seeking a motivated and highly organised Paralegal to join our dynamic Australian Legal Team. This role offers the opportunity to support both corporate and operational legal teams, providing paralegal and administrative services across various legal matters, as well as backing up the Group Company Secretaries with company secretariat activities when required.
As a Paralegal at Kelsian Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of legal advice and effective management of legal documentation and processes. You will be required to: Provide efficient administrative support for the Australian Legal Team (Corporate and Operational). Conduct legal research, analysis, and assist in drafting legal documents. Manage document filing, record keeping, and database maintenance, including LEX Contract and Matter Management systems. Support the preparation of legal and management reports. Assist with the coordination and execution of legal documents. Maintain and update registers for property, intellectual property, material contracts, and litigation. Support the team on special projects, including contract template creation and process efficiencies, policies, training, and compliance programs. Assist with travel and diary management for the Australian Legal Team. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a corporate legal environment with a strong understanding of confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, ethical behaviour, and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in document management systems and the Microsoft suite. A proactive, energetic approach to administrative and paralegal tasks. Previous experience in a legal or business administration role. A qualification in business administration or legal administration is desirable but not essential.
