The Opportunity: We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate full-time Drive Way Concierge to join our successful service team at Paradise Mazda. If you are a team-focused individual with a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you! This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a close-knit and family-oriented team of professionals committed to delivering fantastic outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities include: Greeting customers on arrival Checking customers' vehicles in with service advisors Tagging and moving vehicles to waiting bays Dropping off customers when required Maintaining a clean and safe workplace Ensuring all procedures are adhered to when handling customer vehicles Assisting in the car wash when required Ad hoc duties as instructed by management You will be great in this role because: You have highly developed organisational and time management skills Strong commitment and dedication towards customer service and satisfaction You have the ability to work in a team environment Current driver's licence Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles Professionally presented, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to communicate well What you will get from Paradise Mazda: Here at Paradise Mazda, we are committed to looking after you, with some great benefits including (but not limited to):
