Territory Manager Discover Opal

Discover the Opportunity
The Territory Manager is a pivotal role supporting Opal Fibre Packaging (OFP) in driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities through the attraction of new customers while maintaining and growing sales and gross margin within the existing customer base.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
Generate leads and analyse each opportunity based on alignment of customer needs with OFP capabilities and strategy as well as an assessment of opportunity value to determine Account Prioritisation Provide the inputs for Sales Support to create the proposal to win new business Call on all customers on a cycle basis to establish and maintain relations and understand their needs to ensure an Opal solution is meeting their requirements and assist where possible to continuously improve customer service, Value engineering and Share of Wallet (SOW) opportunities. Understand and respond appropriately to customer needs with speed and a sense of urgency in decision-making, transitioning query to customer service as required Coordinate technical support, value engineering audit, quotes and samples to present to customer in the generation of customer solutions, innovation projects or value engineering projects We embrace diversity in all its forms and we look for curious individuals who thrive in an environment of change.
Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;
Sales experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment) Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Commerce or equivalent is desirable. A commitment to continued personal learning and development. Experience in Cold Calling and pipeline development and execution Experience in developing relationships at multiple levels of an organisation (from receptionists to CEOs) Previous experience in the Australian and/or Global fibre packaging or distribution industries is desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
