To enable us to grow and evolve our services within our most vulnerable communities in line with our strategic plan, we have a new opportunity for a Business Manager Regional Programs, Vulnerable Communities. Within this role you'll be responsible for operationalising and growing the delivery of Vulnerable Communities services including Care Finders, Buried in Treasures and other Hoarding and Squalor services.
Day to day this role looks like: Ensuring all Vulnerable Communities services and programmes are delivered effectively within the region.Ensuring products and services meet current and future client outcomes and satisfaction.Achieving monthly outputs and revenue targets by regularly reviewing and adjusting services offered by location.Cross selling services across Vulnerable Communities and other CHL offerings and ensuring a sustainable and effective pathway to onboard new clients.Planning and executing the opening of new services in line with regional growth plan.Growing respite offerings through collaboration with Care Management and Business Development Manager.Collaborating with Practice Manager to ensure Allied Health services support client needs and outcomes for multi-disciplinary approach.Providing regular coaching and feedback for all employees, including defining KPIs, conducting both informal and formal performance reviews, and coaching to correct performance or behaviours.Providing development opportunities for employees, including succession planning for those with potential.Fostering a learning environment, ensuring 100% completion of mandatory training, coordinating training for team members including orientation for new employees, on-the-job coaching, and safety training.Maintaining a safe working environment (including fire, medical, emergency and security) through risk management and consultation consistent with legislative and policy requirements.To be successful in this role you'll need: Qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Social Science or relevant professional experience.Demonstrated experience in Home & Community Services and understanding of funding arrangements as well as knowledge of Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission Standards.Demonstrated experience in leading and managing programs and teams in a complex environment.Comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the ageing process, particularly age-related health issues and prevention.Good understanding of the financial drivers of a business – revenue, costs, investments.
