Responsibilities: Leading and mentoring the team Manage repair allocation based on the size and severity to the most suitable tradesmen/apprentice. Ensure all production staff updates the status of every completed job by updating the system applications. Ensure all work areas, tools, equipment and PPE are in clean and safe condition. Adhere to the company policies, procedures and standards Report maintenance and safety concerns to the cluster manager Requirements: Qualified Panel Beater and/or Spray Painter with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on industry experience Organized and able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment A team player with a can-do attitude and helps to create an effective working environment A willingness to utilise new processes and technology solutions to improve performance outcomes (Desirable) Empathetic change enabler who thrives on encouraging collaboration between internal and external stakeholders (Desirable) If you have an unwavering passion for cars just like us, then there's a thrilling opportunity to supercharge your automotive career by joining us at Motorserve.
