Your opportunity: Our Maintenance Services team has an exciting opportunity for a Panel & Capital Works Administrator to join their newly formed Commercial and Partnerships team!
Field Services delivers Urban Utilities' maintenance program, delivering more than 100,000 maintenance activities each year, maintaining services 24 hours a day and seven days a week, through a range of strategic and tactical commercial agreements.
The Panel and Capital Works Contract Administrator will provide contract and commercial services to the business and will be responsible for Panel and Capital Works contract activities, including analysis to support negotiation of contract terms and changes to the Panel and Capital Works contracts.
The Contract Administrator will provide performance reporting, administer payment claims, contract variations and claims.
About you: High School / FE College (2 A Levels)/Diploma required Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others.
Able to work autonomously and unsupervised.
Some experience in contract/project administration or procurement At UU, we celebrate diversity.
