Pallet Controller

We are looking for a Pallet Administrator to join our team based at our Dandenong South head office, with an immediate start. You will have 1 on 1 training in this role.
The main responsibilities of the role include: Thorough investigation and loss recoveryReview drivers paperwork and rectify any discrepanciesAudit and reconcile agent accountsOperational support , training and ongoing monitoring relating to pallet controlManage physical stock across all sites, dehiring where appropriateReport noncompliance for rectificationsMonitoring and reconciling all pallets and equipment accounts against 2iCSupport, create and streamline processes and be actively involved in cross-training to further support pallet control across the businessPut your mark on the business by creating and maintaining National Best Pallet Practice (trading terms and conditions)The ideal candidate: Has experience in pallet control and investigations (desired)Knows their way around 2iC, forwards and backwards (desired)Can work autonomously and within a teamCan build relationships and influence positive outcomesHas an exceptional eye for detail - picking up what others would missStrategically minded with an ability to focus on end to end process We're looking for the next pallet superstar, we look forward to hearing from you!
