As A Pallet Controller at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Use your talents to drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.Ensure all pallet movements have correct pallet paperwork and are reflected in relevant pallet software (2ic)Investigate and resolve all discrepancies, pallet loss and unprocessed docketsTraining of all relevant site staff on pallet software and processes on nominated sitesReview and ensure accuracy of all pallet hire invoices actively working towards reducing hire quantity and costsEnsure reconciliation reports are accurate and submitted on time every week to National Pallet Controller and Site ManagerYou have the following qualities & qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years in a similar pallet control environmentPrior experience within a warehouse / logistics environment would be highly desirableIntermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills with the confidence to learn new systems if requiredProven ability to work efficiently and thoroughly in a busy environmentExposure to the Supply Chain or Logistics industryStrong self-motivation, drive & initiativeResilient
