Pallet Control Adminstrator

Description   Followmont Transport is seeking a Pallet Control Administrator to join our team in Newcastle, NSW on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our pallet control system, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing Maintaining accurate pallet inventory records and reconciling pallet counts Coordinating the movement and storage of pallets within the warehouse Processing pallet requisitions and allocations to meet customer demands Liaising with internal departments and external partners to resolve pallet-related issues Generating reports and analysing pallet data to identify opportunities for improvement Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the warehouse team What we offer At Followmont Transport, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications   What we're looking for Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes Previous experience in a similar pallet control or logistics administrative role Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
