About the role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Chef to take the next step in their culinary career. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef you will be responsible for
Leading, motivating and training the team to create an inclusive, high performing culture Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest possible standard of quality and presentation Provide guidance and coaching to all other members of the Kitchen team Assist the Executive Chef with menu creation and implementation Ensure compliance with HACCP standards, food safety and hygiene regulations and health and safety legislation Monitor par levels, ensuring that stock order and stock rotation are taking place About you
