This is not a FIFO or DIDO position. This is a Gladstone based position."We live, work and play at the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef." This, along with the extensive resources our company possesses, makes us fast becoming the Employer of Choice.ResponsibilitiesCompetent in plural component and hot metal spraying applications.Hold current confined spaces and high-risk licences.Clean & prepare surfaces for painting - apply paints and coatings using paint and conventional and airless spray-painting equipment.Understand surface preparation and finishes.Be able to understand and complete works to specifications.Be able to mix to correct ratio two-part paint coatings.Select paints, varnishes and stains to various surfaces using brushes, sprays, and rollers.Understand the use of Wet Film Thickness Gauges and achieve specified dry film thickness.Be able to work at heights and in confined spaces, erecting scaffolding and ladders.Cleaning equipment and work areas.Adhere to OHS policies and procedures.Salary: Between $70,000 and $75,000 per annum + SuperOnly successful applicants will be notified.
