About The Role
The Production and Coatings 2IC will be responsible for planning production schedules and managing a skilled team of blasters and painters. This role is crucial in ensuring that all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and meet our stringent quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and conform to Client's operational policies and procedures.

Proven experience in managing production in an industrial coatings environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
