Your responsibilities include managing a team of painters, coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to project timelines while maintaining high safety standards and exceeding client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor a team of painters, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Project Planning and Coordination: Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate painting activities to meet project milestones and deadlines.Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure all painting work meets industry standards and client expectations.Surface Preparation and Application: Oversee surface preparation and supervise the application of paints and finishes to achieve high-quality results.Materials and Equipment Management: Manage the procurement, inventory, and maintenance of painting materials and equipment.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and regulations, conduct safety training, and ensure compliance with environmental and hazardous material handling protocols.Client Communication: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.ABOUT YOUYou are a qualified and experienced painter with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to supportive teamwork.
