About The Opportunity Programmed's Property Services department is currently seeking an experienced Paint Supervisor/Foreperson to join our painting business in Launceston, TAS.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be you will be accountable for managing and budgeting all staff materials and equipment on each project, ensuring that projects are working towards a safe, successful and profitable conclusion and to the customer's satisfaction.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Painter to take a step into a leadership position or an existing Foreperson to continue growing their career.
This role has long-term progression into a Project Manager opportunity.

Key Responsibilities Managing and budgeting staff materials and equipment as well as conducting regular audits Oversee staff and ensure teams are on track to complete each project Develop and maintain rapport with clients providing them with timely and accurate updates Performing various paint works on our key client sites Ensuring steps are taken to mitigate HSE risks and ensuring all staff onsite have been inducted Coaching and developing operational staff Any other duties as directed by our Project Manager About You To join our team, you will have experience as a Painter or Paint Foreperson strong commitment to Programmed's values.
