Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect workers, minimize risks, and ensure legal compliance. Train and mentor painting crew members to improve skills, productivity, and job satisfaction. Collaborate with project managers to resolve issues to ensure timely problem-solving and project momentum. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used to facilitate transparency, accurate billing, and compliance.
