Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities.About The RoleWe are seeking a Painter in the Melbourne CBD region for an opportunity in proactive and reactive maintenance works in a large complex facility.This is a permanent full-time role from Monday – Friday. The hours are from 7.00am – 3.00pm.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Performing planned maintenance tasks relating to painting, decorating & building presentation.Responding to reactive requests as required (Graffiti, Make-Safe for offensive material, etc).Assisting in managing & maintaining tools and equipment.Operating plant equipment where qualified and licensed.Performing manual tasks associated with maintenance and construction as required, including safe working duties.Assisting other trades & contractors as required.Completing detailed service reports for works completed in a digital format.About You:You will have experience as a Painter working in a commercial environment, familiar with many substrates & paint types and be able to determine their effectiveness & correct usage.
