Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Spray Painters for the professional painting of various wood-based products manufactured in our Deeside plant.The successful candidate should have experience within this type of work and be able to quality check to ensure there are no defects to new paintwork.You should be energetic, efficient and happy to work on your own initiative to get every job completed to the highest standard.Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them using sandpaper, scrapers, brushes, and solventsSelect, match and mix coloursApply primer coats, main coats and finishesCleaning and maintenance of equipmentTouch up paintwork where requiredWorking in a spray booth to ensure paint is confined to the specific areasComplete work from start to finish within set time framesSkills and Experience:Proven experience as a Spray PainterSkilled in the profession with a minimum of 3+ years experience in a painter or sprayer roleSelf-motivated, enthusiastic and organisedKeen to support others and a cooperative team playerThe ability to maintain a consistent high standard whilst under pressureAble to complete work from start to finish within the time frame givenCustomer focused and team orientedPossess knowledge of painting techniques and toolsAttention to detailPhysical stamina and strengthWhat we offer in return:Free Onsite ParkingCompany PensionWeekends OffPay ReviewsWelcoming and positive working environmentOnsite canteenWorking Hours:Day shift and Back shift patterns availableJBRP1_UKTJ
