Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products) Inspirations Paint is Australia's leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams.
A part-time position is available in our Dubbo (NSW) company store.
As part of the DuluxGroup, a leading marketer and manufacturer of premium branded products, Inspirations Paint employees are part of Australia's largest network of paint stores, serving both retail (DIY) and trade (professional/commercial) markets.
Previous experience within the paint industry is preferred but not essential. Relevant personal experience in home improvement projects or within the paint or hardware industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities include: Providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers Tinting and mixing paint Following the "Inspirations Way" Customer service and personalised product advice in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping Workplace Health & Safety Experience / Attributes: Demonstrated customer service with personalised customer focus Well presented both in appearance and communication Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or customer complaints Able to contribute and work in a team environment Sales experience and a knowledge of paint and associated products Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systems Honest, reliable and punctual This role involves heavy lifting up to 20kgs If you have knowledge of the paint industry, are enthusiastic and motivated, and have a genuine interest in people and providing an exceptional customer experience, we would like to hear from you.
