Paint Sales Assistant - Chatswood & CremorneInspirations Paint is Australia's leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams. A permanent full-time position is available to work at the Chatswood & Cremorne Stores.
The paint industry is a specialised industry; we pride ourselves on providing accurate and professional advice to our customers, both trade and retail. Sales and customer service skills are an essential part of the role. An interest in colour and paint projects is preferred but previous experience in the industry is not required as training will be provided.
The current position is available for immediate start for an enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to develop their career. Store hours are 6:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 6:00am to 2:00pm Saturday at Chatswood, 7:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am to 2:00pm at Cremorne.
Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers.Tinting & mixing paint.Following the "Inspirations Way".Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control, and merchandising.Store presentation, stock management, and housekeeping.Reporting to the Store Manager.Workplace Health & Safety.Experience / Attributes: Demonstrated customer service and customer focus.Well presented.Able to contribute and work in a dynamic small team environment.Approachable, confident, and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or complaints.Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to learn new systems.Honest, reliable, and punctual.Current driver's licence preferred.This role involves heavy lifting up to 25kgs.If you are enthusiastic and motivated and have a genuine interest in people and providing an exceptional customer experience, we would like to hear from you.
