We are now recruiting a Trade Qualified Painter with experience managing a team and the daily running of a Paint Shop, to join our team as the Paint Performance Manager. This is a rare opening at our Banyo site, which has a great team culture!
The main duties include:
Ensuring high quality workmanship in accordance with Repairhub standards. Leading and mentoring a highly skilled team to achieve and maintain required daily targets. Managing appropriate use of material and equipment & ensuring safe working practices. WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Be trade qualified as an Automotive Spray Painter or have adequate industry experience. Experience managing and mentoring a team to achieve results is preferable.
