Can you squeeze every last drop of ROAS out of a carefully crafted ad campaign, all while keeping the bean counters happy? If so, you may be the chosen one we've been searching for to join this high-powered performance marketing team. As the Senior Performance Marketer (Paid Social), you'll be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge social media advertising strategies that drive real business results. You'll need to be part data analyst, part creative director, and part platform wizard to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: Continuously research and test new ad formats, targeting strategies, and optimisation tactics to maximize performance Analyse granular campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to the leadership team Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad assets Stay up-to-date on the latest social media platform changes and be ready to rapidly adapt our strategies Manage a team of social media advertising specialists and help them level up their skills Communicate campaign results to stakeholders and showcase the value of our paid social efforts Requirements: Deep expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and if you have any Amazon that's a bonus Proven track record of driving strong ROI and ROAS for clients or employers Strong creative sensibilities and the ability to provide feedback to designers/copywriters Experience managing and developing a high-performing team Boundless energy and enthusiasm for the ever-changing world of social media marketing You enjoy working directly with the clients and being a key relationship lead - you're confident in conversations, can workshop ideas in a collaborative way, and you care about the client experience. The success of your strategy isn't contingent on using terms like: "cost caps" and "let the algorithm optimise".
