ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Paid Social Specialist.
At Cotton On, we are passionate about creating brand awareness and connecting with our customers through our social channels.
You will implement our global performance social media marketing strategy via a data-informed full-funnel approach, achieving both short- and long-term business media objectives.
As the Paid Social Specialist, you will manage, execute, and scale the paid acquisition strategy across all paid social channels to drive profitable growth.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e.
PR, Social Media, Digital or similar Demonstrated experience establishing across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & Snapchat ad platforms Ability to use analytical problem solving and research skills to identify areas of opportunity and provide insights on market activity Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels High level of organisation, project management and planning skills Strong knowledge of web and social analytics platform tools essential OUR CULTURE
