Our Strategists play a crucial role within the business, bridging the gap between new business development and ongoing campaign performance. They are senior specialists with years of hands-on experience in their core discipline. Not only do they excel in their areas of expertise, but they are also exceptional communicators—both as internal leaders and client advisors.

A Paid Social Specialist eager to embrace a strategic role that involves both acquiring new business and enhancing existing campaigns.
Key Areas of Focus:
New Business Acquisition:
Engage with potential clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives. Conduct thorough research on the client's business and market landscape. Develop comprehensive strategies that utilise your deep expertise in paid social media platforms. Present strategic plans to clients, detailing how we can deliver on their objectives and align with campaign costs. You will not be responsible for selling; this will be the BDMs responsibility. Rather, the Strategist role is to convey the company's expertise through their strategy.
Ongoing Strategic Oversight:
Oversee the execution of paid social campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client objectives. Work closely with campaign managers and project teams to implement strategies effectively. Analyse campaign data to provide insights and make informed recommendations that enhance campaign results. Offer ongoing strategic guidance and suggest new strategies to improve client campaigns. Participate in regular client meetings, focusing on high-level planning and engagement. The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have extensive experience in lead generation OR e-commerce campaigns. Be skilled at creating and managing campaigns that drive measurable results (e.g., ROAS or lead generation). Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into effective strategies. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating strategies and outcomes. Have a solid understanding of business commercials. Stay informed on latest trends and technologies, to support the growth of the marketing team through collaboration mentorship. Additional experience with other channels (SEO, Google Ads or Email) is a plus! Why Join Us:
