As a direct-to-consumer brand, we're passionate about delivering quality products and exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for a Paid Social Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.
This role focuses on developing and managing paid advertising campaigns, primarily across Meta platforms, to drive revenue and lead generation.
You'll be instrumental in enhancing the brand's digital presence through data-driven strategies and creative content.
The Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on maximizing ROI and engaging target audiences through compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid social advertising campaigns (predominantly on Meta platforms) Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to inform campaign strategies Develop impactful ad copy that resonates with our target audience Collaborate with graphic designers and content editors to create visually engaging ad creatives Edit campaign content, including video and image assets Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for maximum ROI Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to meet performance goals Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising Oversee multiple channels (email, social media, PPC) to support integrated marketing efforts Assist with SEO tasks to boost brand visibility The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills, Behaviours, and Experience:
2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (essential) Experience in lead generation strategies and campaign management Strong ability to manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively Proven experience in content development and strategy execution Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions Prior experience working in an agency environment (preferred, not essential) A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (preferred) Strong understanding of the local market Excellent written and verbal communication skills What's on Offer:
