Who We Are Adore Beauty was put on the web way back in April 2000 by self-confessed beauty-junkie Kate Morris. Having grown up in Launceston, Tasmania, Kate lamented that all the hottest beauty products mentioned in magazines were only available to those who lived in big cities.
So Kate innovated! She created an online beauty boutique that would make beauty products accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime and to create a place where customers felt comfortable and in control of their own beauty journey.

This role is responsible for the efficient onboarding and management of affiliate partners through our affiliate marketing network, it involves building and nurturing relationships with external partners for the purpose of driving new customer acquisition and business growth.
Day to day responsibilities Growing active customers ? Lead the Affiliate, card-linked offers and Cashback strategy, investment decisions, reporting, auditing and day to day running of the account with the goal of driving new customer acquisition and winback
? Be the primary contact for Partnerize (affiliate network partner) for day to day operations, performance review, budget management and strategy development
? Optimise and update affiliate offers with relevant information, marketing material, deals etc
? Ensure all partnership campaigns tracking is set up and outcomes are measurable
? Support design & implement cross channel NC strategies and plans to support growth
? Support the roll out of technology to improve offer effectiveness, tracking & measurement
? Brief content and design team to execute partnership and affiliate strategies
? Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficacy of partner and affiliate programs
? Delivery of agreed Goals and KPIs on affiliate marketing/partnerships channel revenue, cost, growth and innovation
? Ongoing management and development of key partnerships such as TCN (gift cards), BNPL and other new partnership revenue streams as they are developed
Driving relevant customer database leads ? Work with external brands, referral opportunities or lead generation partners to drive sign ups to both email and SMS
Generating income from Brand Partners ? Facilitating Affiliate, Cashback and CLO Retail Media opportunities
? Generating Retail Media or comarketing opportunities for external brand partners (brands not stocked at AB)
? Working with external partners to secure product and loyalty perks
Who you are Qualifications ? Marketing degree preferable but not necessary
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in: Min 2 years experience in affiliate space, managing negotiations/budgets/ relationships. Experience in brand partnerships (collaborations with other retailers for example) is highly preferable but not essentialSkills and Attributes ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
? Exceptional project management skills
? Strong negotiation skills
? Understanding of P&L and thorough experience in managing budget
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse campaign performance, and derive actionable insights
