We are seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. As a fast-growing business in the dentistry industry, we are experiencing significant year-on-year growth, and we are seeking an expert who can enhance this growth through our paid channels. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multi-faceted business where you'll have the chance to shape and drive paid media strategies that fuel customer acquisition and revenue growth.You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other key platforms to target prospective patients and increase brand awareness. If you're passionate about paid media and want to make a direct impact in a rapidly growing business, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Develop and implement paid media strategies that support customer acquisition and revenue growth, specifically tailored to the dentistry sector.Campaign Management: Oversee the daily management of paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive high-quality traffic and generate conversions.Creative Optimisation: Optimise ad creatives, copy, and targeting to ensure campaigns resonate with our target audience.Testing & Optimisation: Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and optimise the return on ad spend (ROAS).Data Analysis: Regularly analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and provide insights to optimise campaigns for better results.Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for the highest possible ROI.Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital advertising, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.Skills & QualificationsProven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads, with a focus on performance-driven campaigns.Advanced understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation.Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar tools to monitor, measure, and improve campaign performance.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with enquiries and marketing teams.If you think this is the right role for you, please apply through the platform and provide your portfolio in your cover letter or CV.
