About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Paid Media Specialist with a strong grounding in Paid Media (Google primarily) with at least 3 years experience, who is able to assist in creation and management of digital marketing campaigns with a focus on data, and enjoys learning and constantly adapting to changes in the digital space.

Our team currently works with clients across a number of industries, including tourism, retail, event promotion, music and the arts, aged care, criminal law, online saddlery, audiology, fireplaces, and more!What you'll be doing on a day-to-day basisAccount Management: Oversee AdWords, Meta, and other paid media accounts.Optimisation: Refine audiences, adjust bids, and enhance ad copy.Keyword Research: Utilide Google Keyword Planner and SEM Rush for insights.Ad Development: Design effective ad creatives.Campaign Initialisation: Set up new advertising campaigns.Data Analytics: Evaluate data for emerging trends.Monthly Reports: Deliver client-specific performance summaries.Client management: happy to pick up the phone and have a chat!AI/Automation Transition: We have begun a heavy transition into AI and automation so a grounding in this will be favourable.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with at least 3 year experience in Google AdWords and/or Meta and happy to get exposure to the other.
